Typing Google Ads / Filling Out Forms Work-At-Home Opportunity

Unlike “stuffing envelopes” and many of the “assembly jobs,” this money-making idea is not a complete scam, but there are websites that give you misleading promises, making you think that all you do is type in words and lines, create Google ads, and then somehow get paid thousands for it (after you purchase the info from them for $40-100). I have seen dozens of these websites, presenting the work as “typing” (home typists needed), “data entry,” “writing ads,” you name it. You get the impression that there are some mysterious companies out there, desperate to advertise with Google but unable to put together their own ads, so they are willing to pay you generously to do it for them. Is there any truth to it? Can you really make thousands simply typing in ads?

Theoretically, you can earn money using the Google’s advertising program. However, what those websites are telling you is half-truth. Number one, there is much more to it than simply “filling out forms” or “typing in words.” Number two, you don’t need any mediator to charge you for the information. Do some online research, and you will find all you need to know in order to launch your own Google ad campaign.

In a nutshell, all it is about is finding a popular product, creating and placing a Google ad for it, and then getting commissions when people click on the ad and purchase it. Sounds simple enough. Now listen to the difficult part. First of all, you won’t be the only smartie wishing to make some money off of that popular product (whatever product you choose). Yes, you might hit a gold mine and come up with something not many people have thought of before, there is such a slim chance. But most likely, there will be other people to compete with. So, where a potential customer does a Google search for the particular product, several ads will pop up, at least half a dozen. What are the odds of them clicking on yours? Yes, there are ways to make your ad stand out and be delivered first, but it will cost you more. Which brings us to the next part: you don’t place those ads for free, it is an investment. Each time someone clicks on your ad, you will be charged a set amount, and you can only hope that they will make a purchase so that your commission covers the investment and brings some profit. What if the customer only looks at the website and closes it without buying anything? You lose your money.

So you see, you will not make thousands by simply “typing Google ads.” Creating a successful ad campaign requires some serious research and preparation. You will need to find your niche, come up with some catchy lines, think of popular keywords people use searching Internet, etc. etc. So the next time you see a picture of a guy sitting in his hammock with a laptop computer, living the life of luxury while “working his own hours and writing just a few simple lines every day,” remember the old saying: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
