Roger Shaw also owns the building that is home to Weilands jewelry and multiple cabin rentals. Mr. Shaw is an eccentric older man who wears a ridiculously stupid hat nearly all the time. By looking at Roger Shaw you would not be able to guess he is a multi- millionaire. His appearance is like that of most Hocking County residents. He looks like a slob. However he is a nice man. You have to give him credit. Success has not changed Roger Shaw.

The Hocking Hills Farmers Market opened in 1999. When it started out it was a handful of tiny buildings and an outdoor flea market. As this is the only permanent flea market in the area, it was immediately a success. Each year the Hocking Hills Farmers Market expands and attracts new vendors and visitors alike.
