Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee

When people think of the best chocolate, they may think of Godiva or other gourmet brands. But, why not consider Hershey’s? Hershey’s may have been invented to provide the masses with a chocolate bar everyone could afford, but does that mean they aren’t as good as more expensive brands? Personally, I think Hershey’s has a few products that could easily go head-to-head with some of the more expensive brands. One such product is Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee. But, what makes this chocolate bar so superior to other Hershey’s products?

Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee: Taste

First of all, Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee has a superior taste when compared to other Hershey’s products. The chocolate is smooth and the buttery toffee and almonds only help to improve upon its taste. If you’ve never tried Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee, you’ll be surprised at how much better it tastes than the regular Hershey’s Bar.

Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee: Quality of Ingredients

Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee also seems superior because the ingredients seem to be of higher quality. The chocolate is velvety smooth. The toffee is buttery and has the perfect texture. Last, but not least, the almonds have been perfectly roasted and have the perfect crunch.

Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee: Variety of Uses

Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee can be used in several different ways. You can add them to brownies or you can even use them to make turnovers. Another great use for this product would be to add them to soft serve ice cream. But, if you want something truly sinful, add Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee to the top of a hot chocolate cake and allow it to slightly melt before serving with ice cream.

Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee: Nutrition

When talking about chocolate, it’s really best not to think about nutrition, but if you’re on a diet and really must know, here are the facts. Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee has 230 calories, 14 grams of fat, 10mg of cholesterol, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 21 grams of sugar, 4 grams of protein, 10% of your daily value of calcium and 4% of your daily value of iron. A serving size is roughly 1.5 ounces.

Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee: Price

It’s hard to believe that a chocolate bar that has such a gourmet taste would cost so little. Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee only costs around $1.50 for a 5 ounce bar. Now when you don’t have the extra cash for gourmet chocolates, you can still enjoy gourmet taste.

Review of Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee: Overall Rating

I have to give Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars, but as I get older and more health conscious I must look for healthy treats. The fat and calories in Hershey’s Symphony with Almonds and Toffee is enough to knock off one full point. Other than that, I highly recommend this treat for those days when you deserve a special treat.
