Really Simple Healthy Chili Recipe

Healthy Chili, Semi Homemade

1 pound lean ground beef or you can use ground turkey or ground chicken.
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 (16-ounce) Bush’s Chili Beans with the sauce, do not drain.
I Jar Medium Salsa – Thick & Chunky
1Tablespoon chili powder
1/4 Teaspoon chipotle chile pepper
1Teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 Cup Beef stock.( I use the store bought. You can also make broth with bullion.)

Directions:
Cook and drain the meat,celery, onion and garlic. Add the spices and mix well. Pour in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, covered over low heat. Garnish and serve with cheese or sour cream.
