Psychic Exercises for Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance is the psychic ability to see clearly in your mind’s eye. The mind’s eye or sometimes referred to as the “Third Eye”, is located between your eyebrows just above the bridge of your nose. People who poses the ability of clairvoyance are able to see objects, events and the future. Everyone is psychic to some degree. Like any other skill, enhancing your psychic abilities takes practice. The following are some great exercises you can do to help improve your own clairvoyant abilities.

Playing Cards

A simple deck of playing cards can be used to enhance your clairvoyant abilities. Place a deck of playing cards face down. Keep the top card face down and place it in front of you. Now your going to concentrate on that card and try to picture if it is a red suit or a black suit card. When you are comfortable doing this exercise move on to guess if it is a heart, club, diamond or a spade. The idea of this exercise is when your comfortable enough you can try picturing the number on the card, or which face card it is, and even the suit combined. Keep track of all your hits and misses. You might be surprised to find the more you practice, the better you will be at predicting the card.

Phone Calls

This is a fun exercise. The next time the phone rings look into your mind’s eye and see if you have a mental picture of who is calling. Remember that psychics receive clairvoyant messages in several different ways. Many times what you receive can be symbolic. When the phone rings you might picture the person’s face, name, their car, or even their initials. What you “see” will be either the actual person or a symbol that you would recognize as being a specific person.

What Color is My Shirt?

You can even practice your abilities when your chatting with a friend on the phone or Internet. Try to picture what color shirt they are wearing. In addition you can have your friend hold an object and try to guess what the object is. Be sure to pay attention to shapes, colors, textures you might be “seeing” in your mind’s eye. Describe exactly what you “see” and make note as to what was correct and incorrect. The possibilities are endless for this type of exercise. Make up your own guessing game with a friend. What am I holding? What color is my shirt? What am I drinking or eating? What do my shoes look like? Use your imagination and have fun.

Pick a Number

Pick a number from 1 – 100. Everyone remembers this game from childhood. What you might not realize is when you played this game you were actually strengthening your clairvoyant abilities. Your children will have fun with this exercise. I know many times me and my kids will sit and try to figure out what number the other person is thinking of. I was amazed to find out my kids are pretty good at this game. Children tend to be more aware of their abilities then adults. They have not been tainted yet by society and people telling them what they are”seeing” is just their imagination.

Visualization

Visualization is a great tool to improve clairvoyance. Use meditations that are visualization based. If your working on your psychic abilities you should be practicing meditation. Another great way to incorporate visualization is when your relaxing and getting ready to fall asleep. Visualize a peaceful ocean with gentle waves sweeping the sandy shore. Visualize what the ocean looks like. Are the waves small or large? What color is the ocean water? Are there seashells on the beach? What color is the sand on the shore? Try imagine every visual detail in your mind’s eye. Have fun with what you want to visualize. You can change the scenes and picture any peaceful place. How about visualizing your grandmother’s house as a child? Do you recall what items she had around the house? Can you picture them in your mind? The options are endless. The woods, the beach, the mountains, and even the jungle are great places to explore.

Guessing playing cards, phone calls, colors, objects, and numbers are a wonderful way to improve your clairvoyant abilities. Have fun visualizing too. There is nothing like imagining yourself relaxing on a sunny beach while it is snowing outside. These are all very simple and easy techniques. Keep track of the outcomes while your performing these exercises. Keeping track allows you to see how your progressing. At first you might find it difficult, but keep practicing. Remember the saying, ” Rome wasn’t built in a day.” The same goes for your psychic abilities. It takes time to make them stronger.
