This creates a long chain and that is why, network marketing is more often termed as MLM (Multi Level Marketing).

Train these people on how to recruit new members and let them work on their own.
Support to downline
Another problem in network marketing is that people are unable to provide support to the people under them, resulting in fewer sales by such people. This should be avoided and if you really want to enjoy profits then train all the people to provide support to their downline who are new in this business.
New people can’t generate good leads
In network marketing this has been a great issue that people are unable to generate good leads due to which they have to suffer for their downline. If your downline isn’t generating good leads, then you will have to add surplus leads to your profile so that you can expect a continuous stream of money.
MLM company may eventually die
Every company that uses network marketing strategy has to suffer one day. In other words, every company has to incur losses and risks due to changing conditions. In such a case, you should multiple MLM companies, so that you are always at the safer side.
