How to Lose Wrinkles Quickly and Efficiently!

As women age, their skin ages with them. The skin quickly loses its collagen contents once women hit the age of 40. Without collagen, the skin will sag and produce unappealing wrinkles. Now I will teach you a revolutionary skin messaging exercise that can help you fight the effect of aging so you’ll look younger, prettier, and happier in the mirror!

Before beginning this exercise, clean your face with a gentle exfoliating wash to get rid of any dirt and oil residue on your face. Then, find a facial cream or mask that contains collagen as well as moisturizing contents. These types of creams vary and can be found in many department stores and drug stores. Prices also vary greatly. On the cheap end, you have Physician’s Formula Collagen Cream Concentrate, which usually runs at about $7 at your local drugstore. On the more expensive end, you have creams like Athena 7 Minute Lift, which is one of my personal favorites because it’s one of the few anti-aging creams that actually works. However, its price runs at about $90, which scares some people away. It all depends on what you’re looking for.

Gently pat a small amount of the collagen cream on your face. Start from the center of your brows and expand outwards.

Press one finger in the center of your brow and press two other fingers on either side of that finger. Move in a gentle circular motion.

Take a small amount of moisturizer and massage your face with the moisturizer from the center (on either side of the nose bridge) and expand towards your cheeks.

Smile and find the muscle located at your cheekbone. With one finger, press inwards from your hairline towards the center of your cheeks. Place another finger right below that finger and press outwards from your cheeks to your hairline.

Place some more moisturizer on the tips of your fingers and massage from the base of your neck towards the top of your neck.

Place your forefingers together and massage from the base of your chin down to your neck.

To reduce the wrinkles near your eyes, place one finger slightly above the outside corner of your eye and the another finger slightly below the outside corner of your eye. Take a little bit of eye cream and massage the skin at the outside corner of your eye because that’s where wrinkles are most likely to form.

Take a little more of the eye cream and place your finger on the lower inside corner of your eye and wipe outwards towards the lower outside corner of your eye.

Dab some finger cream onto your fingers and press two fingers firmly near the corners of your mouth.

Take two fingers and starting from the chin, follow the jawline and massage upwards.

Follow this exercise every night and soon you will see the rewards of your hard work!
