Increase the amount of protein in your diet to increase the strength and growth in your hair. You can also take a multivitamin to make up for vitamin loss in your diet intake. While there are vitamins that are good for our bodies, there are also vitamins that have a positive effect on our hair. Some vitamins that are good for our hair include, Vitamin A, B, C, E and Biotin.

By following some of these tips, you can have naturally beautiful hair. It is important to take care of your hair by being kind to it and eating a healthy diet. Although, these results won’t grow hair fast overnight, you will have healthy and strong hair with time.
