E.L.F Eyelash Curler: Product Review

Eyelash curlers are an essential tool to any makeup drawer, even if you don’t have a makeup drawer. If you’re a woman, you should have one. Eyelash curlers are used for many reasons but mostly to curl the eyelashes up so that your eyes will appear larger and more open. I use my eyelash curler for that reason and because it keeps my lashes from poking my eyes. I use to think that all eyelash curlers were the same and was fairly happy with my Revlon one that I’ve had for years, until one day I decided try out E.L.F’s eyelash curler for no other reason than sheer curiosity.

About

E.L.F’s eyelash curler is specially designed to suit all eye shapes. It has a silicone rubber pad that is design to apply just the right amount of pressure to curl lashes. E.L.F’s eyelashes will give you long-lasting curled lashes easily and safely. The rubber pad is also safe to use when heated.

My Experience
Pros

I think E.L.F’s eyelash curler has become my favorite lash curler. I don’t even use my old Revlon one anymore, in fact I threw it out a week after I started using E.L.F’s eyelash curler. The first thing I noticed about this eyelash curler was that it was nicely packaged. It came in a clear plastic box. I’ve never seen an eyelash curler come in a box before so I was impressed with that. I also like that it has a black plastic handle that has a ring finger rest for easier handling. E.L.F’s eyelash curler is affordable, like most of E.L.F’s products this product only costs me a dollar. It even came with an extra rubber pad. I love that it curls my lashes so easily. With my Revlon eyelash curler I’d have to squeeze the handle several times to get a good, deep curl but with this one I barely have to squeeze once. This eyelash curler is the first one that I’ve used that actually kept my eyelashes curled all day. I never once I had to re-curl them.

Cons

There were only a few negative things that I could come up with in regards to E.L.F’s eyelash curler. The first thing is that the handle is a tad wider than most eyelash curlers which can make it harder to store or pack away for traveling. The other thing is that I’ve noticed that the top corners tend to scratch the outer corners of my eyes. It’s suppose to be made for all eye shapes but it’s a little too wide for mine.

Verdict

E.L.F’s eyelash curler is a great eyelash curler, even better considering it only costs a dollar. I doubt there’s anything better for the same price so I’d recommend this eyelash curler if you’re looking to try out a new one or replace your old one.
