Snack Description: The construction of the nachos begin with crispy, fresh chips incorporated with beef, beans and American cheese. Creme fraiche is used instead of sour cream and the nachos are topped off with iceburg lettuce, tomatoes and of course, jalapenos.

Snack Description: The donut muffin is said to be a muffin with the soul of a donut. This hybrid is created first as a muffin using butter, sugar, flour, and fresh nutmeg. These are then brushed with butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar resulting in a light and fluffy, sweet donut muffin.

Snack Description: The fish, which are caught and brought in fresh every day, are grilled with a bit of seasoning and citrus. The taco shells are soft and the salsa is made in house. The delicious fish tacos are served with tartar sauce and a slice of lemon.

Favorite Snack: Korean Short Rib Tacos from Kogi BBQ Truck in Los Angeles, CA.
Snack Description: Korean BBQ and tacos are fused into one. The short ribs are obtained from all-natural grass-fed cows and double-caramalized in a sauce containing pears, kiwi, soy sauce and sesame oil. The tacos are hand-pressed corn tortillas. An Asian slaw comprised of chili and soy sauce is topped onto the tacos. The price for this meal is a mere $2. The Kogi Truck will reveal their location, which changes daily, via Twitter, email or the like.

Favorite Snack: Grilled Lamb Skewers from A/O/CRestaurant in Los Angeles, CA.
Snack Description: Skewered pieces of sirloin lamb marinated in rosemary and cracked black pepper are lightly seared. The skewers are covered in lamb sauce, which is made from lamb stock. The dish is served with a sauce verde consisting of mint, basil, anchovy, olive oil, lemon and capers. Braised artichoke hearts are also incorporated into the dish resulting in a juicy lamb meat with layers of flavor. The restaurant is known for serving small plates making it appropriate for snacking.

Favorite Snack: Bar Nuts from Union Square Cafe in New York, NY.
Snack Description: These free bar nuts are fresh out of the oven at 4:45pm sharp. The nut mix contains peanuts, almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, pecans and walnuts. The nuts are roasted in an oven, then immediately poured into a mixture of butter, brown sugar, rosemary and cayenne. Then the nuts are tossed to meld the flavors into the various nuts.
