Unsure of what DTV channels are available in your area? Whether you’re a resident in the surrounding Nashville area or are contemplating a relocation to the area, here is a list of television stations you can look out for in local Nashville area DTV channels guide.

Excluding 6-1 through 6-5, these channels were found using the FCC’s DTV Reception Map locator, which can be found HERE, for Nashville, TN (January 2011). Living 45 minutes east of Nashville, I can clarify that I receive these channels with a rooftop antenna. Your ability to get these channels could differ depending on your area, interference, and quality of antenna.

Local Nashville DTV Channels: 2-1 to 2-2 (WKRN-TV)
WKRN-TV is the ABC affiliate of Nashville, TN. 2-1 features regular ABC programming while 2-2 is a 24-7 weather station that is occasionally interrupted on Saturday Mornings with cartoons.

Local Nashville DTV Channels: 4-1 (WSMV-TV)
WSMV-TV is the NBC affiliate of Nashville, TN. 4-1 features regular NBC programming while Telemundo was discontinued at the end of 2010 on 4-2.

Local Nashville DTV Channels: 5-1 to 5-3 (WTVF)
WTVF-TV is the CBS affiliate of Nashville, TN. 5-1 features regular CBS programming. 5-2 is “News Channel 5+,” a substation used for locally produced programming and reruns of news coverage on the main network throughout the day. 5-3 features “This TV,” a substation that showcases various classical television series, movies, and cartoon programming.

WRTN-LP is a low-powered television station licensed in Alexandria, TN. These stations can be seen by various cities east of Nashville, including Lebanon. The stations include two oldies channels, Tuff TV, country music videos, and Daystar, a Christian television network.

WUXP-TV is a MyNetworkTV affiliate of Nashville, TN. 30-1 features the headliner programming (which includes WWE and court shows) while 30-2 is a relatively new music station called “TheCoolTV.” This music video station plays rap and rock videos of the past and present.

WHTN is a CTN affiliate of Murfreesboro and Nashville, TN. The station broadcast religious programming 24/7 in English and Spanish.

Local Nashville DTV Channels: 44-1 to 44-2 (WJFB)
WJFB is a commercial television station in Lebanon, TN. The stations include Jewelry Television and American One, a network that airs international sports and syndicated programming.

Local Nashville DTV Channels: 50-1 to 50-5 (WPGD-TV)
WPGD-TV is a TBN affiliate of Hendersonville and Nashville, TN. The network carries five separate channels that are designed for all-day religious programming for adults and children of English and Spanish descent.
