The basic package also includes catering, cake table and guestbook table decor, music, and of course the full building rental with private parking, and is less than $1,200.

Optional services that can be added to the packages include a full buffet, professional photography, a DVD/video service, invitations, limo services, ice sculptures, and more.

2. Ivy Lane also offers invitation services, a baby grand piano for musical services, and a full menu for buffet dinners and luncheons to light desserts.

One feature unique to the Grand Estate is their portable dance floor and disc jockey services, which are available for both wedding receptions and other parties. The standard dessert buffet comes with every basic package, but can be upgraded to include fresh fruit, cheesecake, and chicken salad croissants.

The building’s location just off Washington is great for Ogden City or North Ogden customers looking for a quick drive on major roads, and it’s easy to find if you’ve never been in town before.
