Review: Zand Menthol Mint Herbal Lozenges

Horehound, Menthol, Mullein, Sinus Pain, Sinus Pressure

Some of my favorite mint herbal lozenges to suck on to help relief sinus pain and my sore throat when I am sick with a cold is Zand Menthol Mint Herbal Lozenges. They are filled with natural nourishing ingredients that not only help sooth a sore throat and relieve sinus pain, but they also help give your immune system a boost to help fight off a cold which is what I really like about these natural lozenges.

Now the Zand Menthol Mint Herbal Lozenges comes in a bag with 15 lozenges inside. The store I got my lozenges from was my local herbal store for around $3. You may be able to get them from your local herbal store as well, and possibly even your local drugstores and grocery stores depending on what brands they carry. I know you can also purchase them online at Vitacost.com, but you will end up paying shipping and handling cost.

The taste of the Zand Menthol Mint Herbal Lozenges is very mint with a super strong menthol flavoring. I personally like the taste at first, but the mint menthol flavoring leaves a nasty after taste in my mouth. However, I will say the menthol and the mint are very soothing to my sore throat and they really help open up my nasal passages easing away my sinus pains in my head which is really helpful. Some other natural herbal ingredients in these natural lozenges are licorice root, hyssop herb, horehound, eucalyptus, sage, slippery elm, thyme, and mullein leaf. These herbal extracts help give the immune system a natural boost to help get rid of your cold and any inflammation that is causing your to have a sore throat and sinus pressure.

The way I like to take the Zand Menthol Mint Herbal Lozenges is by simply placing 1 lozenge in my mouth when I need relief from my sore throat, sinus pressure, and even coughing. I usually take these lozenges 3 to 4 times a day for relief, but you can take them as often as you need to, but I would check with your doctor to make sure these natural lozenges are safe for you to take just to make sure you aren’t going to have an allergic reaction to any of the herbal extracts inside these lozenges. I would also recommend you do not give these lozenges to little children because they are kind of large and a child could choke on them. Other than that I would recommend these natural menthol mint herbal lozenges to anyone looking for some relief from sore throats, sinus pains, and coughing.

Anyways, I hope those of you out there suffering from a sore throat, sinus pains, and coughing can find some relief using the Zand Menthol Mint Herbal Lozenges. If not I hope you can find some other natural herbal lozenges that do a better job at providing you with some relief. I wish you all the best at get better soon.
