Lipton Cream of Chicken Cup A Soup has only sixty calories per serving and I loved that fact! I felt that this soup gave me a lot of flavor for only sixty calories to be in this product. Only ten calories of the sixty calories are from fat, so that fact is great, also. This soup has only one gram of fat, zero grams of saturated fat, zero grams of trans fat and zero grams of cholesterol in it. It is great for dieters! This soup does not have much nutritional value. This soup does do a tasty and spectacular job of warming me up and making me feel good.
The sodium content is six hundred and thirty mgs in one serving of this soup, so it does have a good bit of salt. I did not find Lipton Cream Of Chicken Cup A Soup to be too salty, in tasting it, though. It was seasoned perfectly, in my opinion. This soup costs about one dollar for one box. One box contains four envelopes or cups of soup in a dry powdered form. I find that price to be a very good bargain. I can find this product at most grocery stores that I shop at. For soup sippers, this soup is a winner.
It is very easy to prepare Lipton Cream Of Chicken Cup A Soup. All I needed was a cup and some water. After adding the envelope of soup to the cup of water, I stirred, heated it in the microwave for ninety seconds, stirred again and let cool off a bit. You can also boil your water then add the soup, in a cup, if you do not have a microwave available. I found this product to be very good and rate it four out of five stars. Lipton Cup A Soup is a quality item and very handy to have on hand. I loved the cream of chicken flavor and it sure warms me up on a cold day.
As instant soups go, this one is a winner and I enjoyed this product. This soup contains chicken broth, potato starch, onion powder, salt, sugar, milk, parsley and other ingredients. I liked the taste of this product, it was my favorite thing about this soup. I will be buying this soup again and recommend it as a great cup of soup.
