I have used Dove moisturizing soap since I was a little girl. My mother and Grandmother used this soap. That means that Dove products have been used by generations of my family members. When I saw that Dove had came out with a new product called Dove Pro-Age Body Cream Oil, I was intrigued. I decided to try this brand new product out!
Dove Pro-Age Body Cream Oil is different. I could tell that from the packaging. The deep burgundy colored lotion bottle that this product came in is very pretty. It is decorative, looks great and that is not all. It has a pump for easy use. I loved that. It is also quite large, so I felt that I was getting a bargain. The name Pro-Age was very attention getting, to me. I like products that are good for aging skin. They usually are gentle and effective. This product is for very dry skin and that means me! I can always use the most moisture that I can get, for my skin, from a body lotion or cream product.
Dove Pro-Age Body Cream Oil is the first body cream oil that I have ever purchased. When I tried this product, I realized how good a body cream oil can be. This product has a soothing formula that felt good when I applied it. This body cream oil absorbed into my skin very quickly. I could feel the richness of the ingredients. This product advertises that it will deeply condition and fortify the skin. This product also claims that it will improve surface cell turnover. I noticed a deep moisturizing effect almost immediately and loved the softness and smooth condition that this product left my skin feeling. This product also improved the look of my skin. It looked smoother and healthier. I loved that. this product is not oily at all! It has the baby oil effect on your skin, though. By that, I mean that it locks in moisture and keeps it there even better than baby oil. The formula is creamy and rich! It was a delight to use. I loved it!
One of the first things that I noticed about this product was the unique and lasting fragrance. It is very pleasing, soft and a bit soap like. The scent did linger for hours and I enjoyed it. The fragrance is so unique, it is a bit hard to describe but, I will try. It had a light floral and clean smell. It also smelled good enough to imitate perfume. I found the fragrance to be a wonderful plus about using this product! It is noticeable and lingers. I was not expecting that from this product and found the fragrance factor to be a nice surprise. It delighted me.
Dove Pro-Age Body Cream Oil uses glycerin to add hydration to your skin and keep it there. I found that fact to be true. It works! The unique thing about this product is that it has olive oil in it, to provide extra nutrients to your skin. This product worked wonderfully, for me. The olive oil added something special to this body cream oil and made it stand out. The performance was excellent. My skin loved this stuff! I rate this product fantastic! It impressed me and I will be buying it again.
Dove Pro-Age Body Cream Oil for very dry skin can be bought at most of the places that I buy beauty products and lotions at. It is affordable and works. I found this product to be a winner. Pro-Age is a new line of Dove products and I enjoyed using Dove Pro-Age Body Cream Oil. It provided long lasting moisturizing. I certainly could tell that I liked using this product better than my usual lotion and it went beyond what I expected a body cream oil to do. This product is fantastic!
