If you want to cook the spaghetti squash whole, pierce the squash several times with a sharp knife. Then place the squash on a baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees for about an hour. If you want to microwave a whole spaghetti squash, you must first make sure it fits in your microwave. Then generously pierce the squash with a knife and microwave on high for about 12 to 15 minutes. Then let the squash stand in the microwave for about 10 minutes after the microwave goes off. Cut lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

You can also cook it cut in half or in pieces in the crockpot, but it will cook faster depending on the size pieces. Start checking to see if it’s done in 4 hours for small pieces, or 6 hours for halves.
