How to Make Home Made Hair Conditioners

Conditioners

Hair conditioners can help protect your hair by replacing natural oils that are lost while shampooing. The air these days is full of pollutants and it is recommended that we wash our hair daily. When we wash our hair, we wash away its natural oils. This can lead to our hair being dry and life-less.

Conditioners are used to replenish the oils and keep the hair shiny, supple and moisturized.

A study recently conducted stated that Americans spend more than one billion dollars annually on conditioners. It is a very big expense, and one may or may not get the desired result. Given below are recipes for some home made conditioners that are easy to make, natural and safe to use, even on a daily basis. They do not make a big dent on the pocket too.

There are two ground rules to be followed. If your hair is oily, do not apply conditioner to the scalp. If it is dry, one can do this. The second is that these conditioners can be stored in the fridge for about a week. Not more than that.

MAYONNAISE CONDITIONER

This is very popular and can be used daily. Just apply the mayonnaise on your hair, let it stay for a minute and then rinse it off.

There is an excellent treatment for the hair using mayonnaise, which can be done once a week.

Take some mayonnaise. Apply in hair. Wrap with plastic sheets. Soak a towel in warm water, wring it dry and wrap around the head. After ten minutes, repeat the process. Then rinse the mayonnaise off the hair
