Spinning Classes in Southern New Jersey

Spinning classes are very popular exercise classes and are popping up everywhere. It is a great way to lose weight and have fun. Spinning classes are usually done indoors, in a studio at a fitness center, on a stationary fitness bike. This class is for all levels, but it can also be a vigorous work out for a lot of people, so make sure to check with your doctor first. Just like an aerobics class, instructors warm you up, work you out and cool you down, all while you are on the bike. Make sure you bring a towel, to wipe your sweat, and a drink, like water, to keep yourself hydrated.

Gold’s Gym

107 River Avenue, Rt,. 35S, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ

Gold’s Gym has a lot of classes including Spinning classes. Check their schedule, but to get an idea, for May, there is a Spinning class on Monday the 16th from 6-7pm, Tuesday the 17th from 4:30 – 5:30, Wednesday the 18th from 5:30 – 6:15pm, Friday the 20th from 8:30 – 9:30 am, and Saturday the 21st from 9:15- 10:15am.
The schedule is the same for most weeks and months, but always check or inquire about changes.
The class is taught in a room for Spinning.
Must join the club – there are always different packages to choose from to accommodate your needs.

Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club
1820 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ

Held in their private spinning studio, the instructor will prepare you for either a fun ride around the neighborhood or a race. Work at your level. “Guided imagery and visualization” will “enhance” your workout.
Check the SCHEDULE ; there are spinning classes every day of the week – 1 on Fridays and Sundays, 3 classes on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Saturday, and two on Wednesdays.
Must join the club – there are always different packages to choose from to accommodate your needs.

Bally Total Fitness Echelon
Vorhees, NJ

This facility has Spinning classes, but they call it “Reaction Cycling.” You cycle to music and it is for all levels, so push yourself as far as you need. You will tone your body and get a great cardio workout as well. It is a quick way to get a very good, intense workout. Instructors are available to you while you ride for help or just some good ole’ encouragement. Bikes can be set to climb hills or ride a beach path.
Check each week/month for the SCHEDULE due to changes, however, as of their schedule right now, there is a Reaction Cycling class every day of the week except Friday.
Like the above places, you must join.

YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties
59 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, NJ
