Finding a good frozen mexican food is not always easy. I like quick and easy dishes and love a bargain. I found out that the Patio Chicken Burrito fits into my budget and this product is pretty darn tasty! This brand is a good one and I grew up eating many fine products by them.
I normally do not like chicken in my mexican dishes but, I made an exception in this case. The price of a Patio Chicken Burrito is hard to pass up. At my favorite grocery store, Publix, this item can be found in the frozen food section at a reasonable bargain. Many times this item is on sale, five Patio Chicken Burritos for two or three dollars. That is an excellent deal. This fact made me try this product.
I was very impressed with the Patio Chicken Burrito. It has a good portion of chicken in it, which was great. I loved the spices and flavor of the burrito filling. There is a lot of green jalapeno taste in these burritos! It was a bit spicy but, just right for a mexican dish. This burrito is tender, spicy and delicious. I found the Patio Chicken burrito to be very filling. Since I purchased a few of these burritos, I have the option of having one or two or more, if one is not hearty enough. The great price helps this product step above other brands and gives me a good value for my money!
The best thing about this product is the great mexican taste! The peppers and filling give it a wonderful flavor and I have to say that the chicken burrito tastes more mexican than the beef and bean burrito that Patio makes, in my opinion. This surprised me. This product is very easy to fix in the microwave. You place it on a microwave-safe plate, folded side down and let the burrito cook for two minutes. Let this product stand for two to three minutes before serving. It will be very hot, so be sure and let this product cool.
I like serving this product with some salsa on the side, extra cheese and sour cream. It is very tasty by itself, also. I like this product because I can enjoy being creative with it, make up a homemade mexican platter or dinner with homemade tacos, taco salads, enchiladas or other Patio products, for variety. Patio Chicken Burritos are a wonderful way to jazz up a mexican meal. The are delicious alone, too. I loved this product and give it a four star out of five rating. It really fills me up and this burrito is really good.

This product has eight grams of fat, two grams of saturated fat, zero grams of trans fat and fifteen mg of cholesterol. The dietary fiber content is two grams. This product has nine grams of protein in it. Patio Chicken Burritos have six percent calcium and ten percent iron in one burrito, so there is some good nutritional value there. If you eat two burritos, you get a decent source of iron and calcium and I liked that fact. This product does contain wheat, soy and milk, for those keeping an eye out for those ingredients.
This product is a great value, easy to microwave and tasty. I recommend it. I do not recommend cooking this item in the oven. It takes much longer to prepare and for me, that is not helpful. I was very pleased with this product and will be buying it again. Patio Chicken Burritos give me an easy way to be creative, have a quick mexican meal on hand to prepare and save me money. They work well as a snack, a lunch, a dinner or as a treat.
