There are several new additions to the Classic Black UGG Boots collection for the fall and winter of 2010 and into 2011. While some of the styles are based on existing designs, others are brand new and it remains to be seen whether they will catch on or not, or remain part of the collection for future years.
Here are some new styles of Classic Black UGGs this season:
Black UGG Classic Mini – The Classic Mini has done a bit of a disappearing and re-appearing act over the past few years, this winter it is again available for ladies who love the look of a classic boot with a shorter height.
Black UGG Bailey Button Triplet – Last year the Bailey Button was introduced into the UGG Classics collection, this year another taller version of this boot is available. Rather than having a single button closure, this boot has three, allowing the boot to be fastened all the way up the side or unbuttoned a bit and folded over for a different and still fashionable look.
Black UGG Sheepskin Cuff – Having the basic design of an UGG Classic Short boot, the Sheepskin Cuff has one major difference – long wool adorning the edge of the upper cuff and hanging down over the boot to make a soft fringy look.
Black UGG Fringe Cardy – This boot is based on the style of the UGG Cardy boot which was introduced to the Classics collection a couple of years ago. This particular boot has fringe vertically up the side close to the button closures that gives an extremely stylish look. It can be worn straight up or worn slouched or pushed down the leg a bit.
Black UGG Pocket Knit – The best way to describe this boot is to say that it has the immediate appearance of the original UGG Crochet boot, with the difference of having a pocket on the side. This is my personal favorite among the new additions to the UGG Classic lineup this year, having a simple and softer look than some of the others.
Other styles for 2010-2011 in the Classic Black UGG Boots lineup include of course the Classic Tall and Short as well as some styles that have been introduced over the past couple of years such as the original Cardy boot, Argyle Knit and Bailey Button.
