Graduation Quotes

First Lady Michelle Obama along with her ‘Let’s Move’ task force campaign encourages young people to move. “The physical and emotional health of an entire generation and the economic health and security of our nation is at stake,” As stated on her Food-Fitness-Fresh- air ,web site.

Michelle Obama was recently the recipient of the 2010 Health award from Nickelodeon. She thanked Nickelodeon and said. Make smart and healthy choices, grow up healthy and happy to follow your dreams.” This would be an excellent comment to adapt to any Graduation ceremony.

School graduations for all ages are getting ready to take place. We anticipate this time of the school year to graduate, go forward and to look back on the accomplishments that all the hard work produced. Accomplishments that will reflect what our future will be like. Grades and activities are all important factors, but the idea of walking on that stage, shaking hands with a dignitary of the school, getting a rolled up piece of paper is a feat all in its own. Not everyone gets to be a part of that ceremony, be it High School, College or some form of trade School. It takes a lot of hard work and effort. To some people it comes easy, but to others it is very hard work. The whole idea of doing school chores can be overwhelming and downright confusing at times. I look back on that time of year for my daughter and we went through some struggles but she did it and we could not be more proud of her.

When our daughter graduated from High School a few years back, we celebrated with a big party with our friends and family. The well wishes and desires of all the people in our lives came together and shared, with us their love for our beautiful girl. Angela was given some beautiful gifts and the most treasured for me are the wishes that come with heartfelt prayers. These are all meaningful to me and I’ve kept them because I like to keep cards as reminders of good wishes. I also love poetry and wish I could write them like these. I can imagine some of these being read at a graduation ceremony.
