My Top Three Vegetable Juice Recipes

Healthfood, Leafy Greens

These recipes are healthy, tasty, and loved by all; even children. They can be made with a juicer which may be preferable or with a blender if a juicer is not available. I suggest for all three recipes that you poor the juice over approximately four to five cubes of ice to chill. Blending ice with the juices will make them watery. One drop of olive oil has been included to all three recipes to help the body absorb the vegetable juices.
